Abby- you know, it is actually a little bit bland for mac and cheese. This recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Tomato-Mac-n-Cheese/Detail.aspx is pretty similar, although I don’t add mustard to mine. I do add a dash of nutmeg, though. And always more cheese than they say! And I use cherry tomatoes because I like their texture better.
